This fun assortment of postcards highlights the cartographic creativity of 20th-century commercial artists and producers. Maps are incorporated in a variety of ways, from the winding streets of Boston to the outsized borders of Texas. The Wake Island Conference of 1950, Japanese railways, and Mader’s restaurant in downtown Milwaukee (still in operation!) are also particularly interesting.
