Description

This fun collection of golf course scorecards was assembled by an avid golfer (probably a veteran from Texas, based on the contents) over the last few decades of the 20th century. The individual was obviously well-traveled, acquiring scores of cards from a variety of states and countries including Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, California, the Bahamas, Mexico, and Canada. There are several scorecards for Pebble Beach, one of the finest golf courses in the nation.

Condition Description: Approximately 60 scrapbook pages containing upwards of 150 golf course scorecards. Bound with gilt black leather covers by Holson. Each page has a transparent overlay that holds the cards (some partially). Only about a handful of blank pages in the scrapbook, otherwise full with several 'loose' cards as well. Some of the cards have been filled out and show signs of moderate wear and use. Very good condition overall.
