The image, signed Stummvoll in the lower right, is oriented looking north, with Czechoslovakia and Germany in the background. It shows a large portion of the eastern Alps between Lake Constance and Vienna. The transportation system is noted and settlements large and small are labeled. Various recreational activities and tourist amenities are identified with small symbols.
