Description
Though Door County, Wisconsin is undoubtedly a very fun place to visit, the content of this map…maybe not so much (to a contemporary audience, at least). Sixty three numbered circles are superimposed over a basic transportation outline, each one referring to a business advertisement in the borders and along the verso.
A nostalgic look at many small business, though sadly the majority have long since closed. An inset map of Sturgeon Bay along the bottom reflects the density of participating locations – possibly because it was the site of publication.
