This anonymous souvenir map was distributed to attendees of Valencia, California’s Magic Mountain theme park (today’s Six Flags Magic Mountain). The guide was likely created for the 1974 season, based on the availability of Tumble Drum and Electric Rainbow, both of which opened that year.
Its image shows a simple overview of the amusement park, with rides, guest amenities, and amusements individually illustrated and labeled. Text on the verso describes additional services, such as the ability to rent a dog kennel or borrow a camera (for free!).
