Description
This beautiful celebration of the world’s floral abundance presents over 150 illustrations from flowers located across the globe. Scientific names for each can be found in the lower corners. They are organized geographically around a central physical map of the world presented with an interrupted pseudo cylindrical projection.
The flowers were based on Barbara Everard’s paintings for Wildflowers of the World. The map was published in Edinburgh in 1972 by John Bartholomew & Son Ltd.
