Steamed poppyseed bun, neon relish, chopped onion, dill pickle spear, tomato slices, sport peppers, yellow mustard, celery salt, and, of course, a 100% Vienna Beef hot dog. Once you have all those things, you are ready to make a delicious Chicago-style dog (note the important absence of ketchup). But until then, you’ll have to enjoy this metal sign, distributed by Vienna Beef in 1991 for hanging in local restaurants. ’91 was a good year for Chicago, as the Bulls started the dynasty that would win six championships between then and 1998.
