Description

Home to the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates for 30 years, 3 Rivers Stadium was demolished in 2000. This dual image transportation map of the area and city was issued for the stadium’s opening season in 1970, and shows options to Park and Ride or take the PAT Bus Service.

A calendar of events is provided on the verso and include the Steeler’s first Monday Night Football game (Nov. 2), one of Roberto Clemente’s final seasons with the Pirates, and a performance by trumpeter Al Hirt.
