Description
The world of Warhammer began as a tabletop board game created by Bryan Ansell, Richard Halliwell, and Rick Priestley that was first published by Games Workshop in 1983. The high-fantasy setting centered around miniature figurines would become immensely popular and grow into a media empire spanning video games, novels, and more.
This map covers the region known as The Western Empire. Various geographic features, roads, and settlements (all of which affect gameplay) are shown pictorially. A scale is provided in the lower left, necessary for players to calculate time of travel (depending on the terrain). Published in 1986 by Games Workshop, Ltd.
