Description
This is an attractive outline of an early 1970s proposal for the conservation and improvement of the Willamette River around the Portland-Vancouver Metropolitan Area. A large network of scenic trails, parks, golf courses, historic sites, and other locations of interest is presented, though not every feature is available to the public.
