Description
This dramatic physical map shows a portion of the world of Middle-Earth, immortalized in J.R.R. Tolkien’s influential fantasy trilogy, the Lord of the Rings. Geographic features and major landmarks like Helmos Deep, Minis Tirith, and Mt Doom are exagerrated a (mostly) lushly forested landscape. Published in 2004 as part of the Prima Guide for Electronic Arts’ 2004 real time strategy game, Lord of the Rings The Battle for Middle Earth. Official servers were taken offline in 2010 due to the expiration of the franchise license.
