Description

This fun and colorful ‘map’ shows an abstract view of Grant Park in Chicago. It was published in 1986 by the Illinois Restaurant Association as a guide to the Taste of Chicago, an annual summer event and one of the world’s largest food festivals.

The booth locations and menu items of nearly 90 different restaurants, ranging from A Natural Harvest to Zephyr Ice Cream, are identified. Local favorites like Lou Malnati’s, Eli’s, and Harold’s Chicken can also be seen. Additional information on the event, including the entertainment lineup, can be found on the verso.
