Star Wars Planetary Maps [Tatooine, Endor, Death Star]

In 1985, two years after the release of Return of the Jedi, Kenner Products (a division of CPG Products Corporation) released three planetary maps in conjunction with their new Power of the Force line of toys. Endor, Tatooine, and the Death Stars were all critical landscapes in the popular film trilogy, though fans of The Empire Strikes Back may be disappointed to learn there is no map of Hoth.

Each sheet presents an interesting mix of captioned illustrations, planetary scenes, and related statistics. Geographic information is quite limited for a map, with the only directional data provided via small insets that show the position of nearby planets. The verso encourages the audience to join the Star Wars Fan Club and offers color photographs of the various action figures, vehicles, playsets, and weapons available for sale.
