Description

This bright red sign, designed to be displayed in the rear window of a vehicle, lets drivers who read it know that they are out of luck if looking to refuel. Gas shortages in 1973 and 1979, due to OPEC oil embargos against supporters of Israel, led to long lines and high tension at gas stations across America.

Seems somewhat familiar…”That men do not learn very much from the lessons of history is the most important of all the lessons of history.” – Aldous Huxley
