Description
This fun board game makes light of the high-stakes drug trade that precipitated both fortunes and murders across Florida during the early 1980s. Surprisingly true to form, players (smugglers) would travel to the ‘Mothership’ (a large cargo vessel) to collect contraband for delivery to the points along the expansive coast. The cards (divided into East and West) offer movement options, Pay-Offs, and You’re Busted! (two of which would remove the player from the game).
Though no illicit substances are mentioned explicitly, the mermaid gives a good indication of the transported product. Copyrighted in 1982 by RMP Products of Ft. Lauderdale.
