Description

This colorful trio of three large poster maps was copyrighted in 1959 and published by Book Enterprises, Inc. of New York. According to the blank letter and mailing form, the maps were ordered by radio listeners, with extra copies available for one dollar each.

The sheets are titled Universal Map of the United States, Universal Map of the World, and Map of the Solar System and Outer Space. Also included is a catalog of other products and the original envelope, indicating the original recipients were a family in Burbank, California.

Condition Description: Three single-sided color printed maps (size given), plus a form letter and product sheet with original brown paper envelope. Handwriting on the envelope, along with an old Valentine affixed to the front. Form letter is spotted and the maps show light toning and creasing along folds. Very good condition overall.
