Description
This interesting map of the United States shows just how largely national politics have changed in the past century. The solid Democratic South pulled largely for Cox, the Democratic candidate, whereas Coolidge, the Republican, took the rest of the country. A number of minor candidates collected significant numbers of votes for the Socialist, Prohibition, and Farmer-Labor Parties. Statistics for elections dating back to 1920 provided on the verso.
