Description
This plan shows proposed improvements to Riverside Park in Minneapolis, Minnesota and was issued by the Board of Park Commissioners in 1914. Showing the park situated on the banks of the Mississippi River, the plan features a new outdoor gymnasium, baseball fields, football fields, and a large open air theater.
The park can still be visited today, though much of the area shown was demolished to facilitate I-94. Published by the Minneapolis Board of Park Commissioners in 1914, under the supervision of Superintendent of Parks Theodore Wirth.
