Description

This folding brochure was issued by the Poole Brothers in conjunction with the Second Annual Convention of the Industrial Relations Association of America, held in Chicago in May of 1920. One side shows a 1915 outline map of the city with elevated railroads highlighted in red. The opposite side is a detailed map of the Loop; labeling individual buildings and with the headquarters of the publisher circled in red.

Floral language on both covers invites attendees of the conference to visit the company building and reminds the reader “of the everyday usefulness of the business printer- the man who is like a map in his ability to get you somewhere easily and economically, saving your time, your energy, and your money.”
