This interesting unit history commemorates the WWII efforts of the XIII Corps by replicating dozens of press reports and newspaper clippings. The articles account of action from Holland to the Elbe River and meeting up with the Russian Army deep in German territory. Many stories are accompanied by black and white photographs.
The booklet was designed by the Public Relations Officer of XIII Corps, Cpt. Gardner Dean and his assistants, T/4 Arthur Anderson and Pfc. Alfred Fenton. Printed in Hanover, Germany by Richard Petersen, G.M.B.H. in 1945.
