RPG map for the first iteration of Marvel’s X-Forces.

Use the help of Cerebro to find unknown (and potentially dangerous) mutants across the nation! This double-sided map was published in 1992 by TSR, Inc. to accompany the X Forces – The Mutant Update roleplaying campaign. A basic outline of the country is overlaid with incomplete profiles on mysterious contacts from coast to coast. The verso offers a large-scale game map of a downtown city area.

Tactical Studies Rules (TSR) was founded in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin in 1973 by Gary Gygax and Don Kaye to publish their wargames, quickly pivoting to focus on their groundbreaking tabletop role-playing game, Dungeons & Dragons. The immense success of D&D in the late 1970s transformed the small company into a major force in the hobby game industry, leading to rapid expansion, a wide range of new products, and the launch of iconic fantasy campaign settings like Dragonlance, Ravenloft, and Forgotten Realms.
