This straightforward street map of DeLand, Florida was compiled from official records in 1945 by the Moneypenny Engineering Company. Printing was performed locally by The E.O. Painter Printing Company, with sponsorship by the DeLand Chamber of Commerce.

A simple image offers a clearly legible transportation overview of the city, with a keyed street index on the right side of the page. Important locations, including Stetson University, the post office, banks, and the College Arms Hotel (with the railroad at its doorstep!) are labeled. Not pictured is the Naval Air Station DeLand, an aviation facility that operated during World War II and helped transform the town into a bustling center for military and commercial activity.
