Description

This handy guide was designed by Rand McNally for distribution to fans of the Los Angeles Dodgers during the 1963 season. That year, The Blue Crew swept the New York Yankees to win their second championship title in five years, the first (and only) to be won at Dodger Stadium. Sandy Koufax, one of the greatest pitchers in baseball history, won the World Series MVP.

One side of the sheet shows a Union 76 road map of Los Angeles. Freeways, highways, and interstates are highlighted in orange, along with the locations of Dodger Stadium and the Union Oil Center. The verso offers a team schedule, facts about the stadium, and a map of the surrounding area.
