Description
This set of maps showing the mythical world of Xeen was illustrated by Mike Winterbauer for inclusion in the fourth and fifth installments of the Might and Magic PC games by New World Computing. The Land of Xeen, from the 1992 Might and Magic IV: Clouds of Xeen, highlights four distinct lands in a distinctly high fantasy setting. The Darkside of Xeen, designed in a similar pictorial format, accompanied the 1993 Might and Magic V: Darkside of Xeen. If a player had both games installed, they would be integrated into a third, combined experience that uses the entire game world and offers new quests and an epilogue – revolutionary, at the time.
