This huge sheet designed by Rand McNally shows two similar maps of two very different Cold War proxy conflicts. The Vietnam War and Korean War are diagrammed with simple political maps that note major battle sites, political boundaries, and major infrastructure. Accompanying tables of statistics emphasize the lopsided casualties, especially those endured by civilians in South Vietnam.

Undated, but probably issued in the mid to late 1980s. The CMYK color bars on the right margin indicate the map was a proof copy, likely printed for further updates prior to mass production. Acquired from the estate of a former Rand McNally executive.
