Description
The King’s Course at Gleneagles Hotel in Perthshire, Scotland was designed by James Braid and opened in 1919. It’s depicted here nearly five decades later, in a visual survey designed by golf architect J.P. Izatt Msaat and published by the Golf Design Service.
All 18 holes are numbered with the corresponding yardage in the upper left. Attractive decorative elements (‘heich abune the heich’) and soft color makes for a wonderful visual appeal. ‘Golf at its richest and loveliest.’
