Be amused and educated with the marvels of electricity! This fun board game was designed and produced by the Jacmar Manufacturing Company of New York around 1950. According to instructions printed on the inside of the cover,
“This map contains 48 electrical circuits by which players associate words, phrases, or sentences on the information panels with a State in the United States. This is done by holding a selector tip in each hand and making contact with the foil through openings on the map surface and the information panel at the same time. If the play is made correctly, the light will light.”
Six themed maps of America – Sightseeing, State Mottos, Early Americana, State Capitols, State Nicknames, and State Birds – are included. Blank maps were also available for 50 cents by soliciting the manufacturer.
