Description
This interesting perspective of the area around Lake Geneva was drawn by E. Derdeyn and published by the Perspecto Map Company on behalf of the Walworth County Tourism Bureau. It features the lake prominently in the foreground while the image extends to Madison and Milwaukee on the horizon.
An odd mix of numbers and symbols reference prominent transportation routes, while county roads are individually labeled. Tourist attractions and lodgings are given due attention, including the Playboy Resort and accompanying airfield, which closed in 1981.
