This pair of brochures was issued in the mid-20th century to promote the Fields of the Woods, a Christian-themed park that opened in 1945 in Cherokee County, North Carolina. The convenient location between Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Asheville is emphasized on both items, which also feature a mileage chart and a list of annual programs. Text and photographs on the verso outline other attractions, including the world’s largest Ten Commandments.
Published by the Church of Prophecy Marker Association in Cleveland, Tennessee, an organization affiliated with the Holiness Pentecostal church that owns and operates the site. According to the website, entrance is free.
