Description

This exercise in data visualization was compiled by student geographer Theresa Clemen and Professors Eugene Turner and James P. Allen of Cal State, Northridge in 1989. Using information from the 1980 census, the team compiled and displayed information about the ethnic composition of Los Angeles County for that year.

The accompanying text outlines the methodology and some of the interesting findings, which concluded that the most ethnically diverse tract in L.A. was in Little Tokyo.
