This helpful guide to Tokyo was issued in 1958 by THIS WEEK IN TOKYO. Illustrated profiles of major landmarks and features are labeled in black, while street names are highlighted in red. Boxes in the corners provide a simple translation guide for common phrases in Japanese.

The opposite side presents a map in a similar style, though covering a much broader area around greater Tokyo. An inset map of the transit system and further translation (taxi directions and weeks/months) are also provided.
