Description
First released for the Nintendo Entertainment System in North America in 1990, Destiny of an Emperor is an RPG style video game that takes place in China. It is loosely based on the popular 14th century historical novel, Romance of the Three Kingdoms, and features Liu Bei and his followers fighting against the Yellow Turbans and other rival powers.
This map was printed in Japan to accompany the American version of the game, and presents a highly stylistic view of China with various in-game locations of interest illustrated and labeled.
