This unusual bound collection of seven rare plat maps covers a large area across Chicago’s popular River North and Gold Coast neighborhoods. Property owners (individuals, businesses, and public buildings) are noted across each page, along with relevant parcel boundaries, infrastructure, and notes on property sales/transfers. Notable features include the Newberry Library, a portion of Lincoln Park, and the Moody Bible Institute. Stamped Not Posted and with the ownership imprint of the law firm Lyman, Adams, Bishop & Dupee.
