Description

This souvenir composite photograph presents the proud personnel of Company ‘D’ of the United States Army 3rd Ordnance Battalion at the Aberdeen Proving Grounds in Maryland as of January, 1943. Nearly 300 men in all are numbered in the image and named along the bottom – this particular example appears to have been owned by E. Miller (#35). Photos of the training facilities, barracks, commanding officers, and commissary are also included.
