This endearing vintage Christmas card was distributed to friends and family by Bill Williams, and it contains a heartwarming poem to spread Christmas cheer.

“Christmas comes to us again! And with it wishes true. Some deliver theirs by plane, while others sail the “blue.” Some folks choose the stream-lined train and some prefer their sleighs. Others like the four-way lanes along the great high-ways. But, we’ll just drop ours in the mail (for that’s the surest way) that you’ll get our wishes without fail in time for Christmas Day!”

The card includes a stylized world map and several views of various transportation options. Apart from the charming illustrations, it is also a subtle reminder that the holiday season has long been associated with travel (and stress!)
