Description

This colorful instructional diagram was designed by the Department of Seminaries and Institutes of Religion of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in 1974. It offers a comprehensible and legible summary of the primary events that took place between 600 B.C. and 400 A.D., as described in the Book of Mormon.

Portraits of important persons, divided into their respective tribes, are included, along with several vignettes that represent key principles of the faith. Over 100 different verses are cited throughout the visual narrative, which was intended to be used as an educational aid.
