Description

This beautiful map celebrating one of nature’s fascinating annual phenomena was published in 1960 by Rand McNally as a joint effort between various institutions in the Chicago area. The central image highlights the flyways of migratory waterfowl like ducks and geese, along with the locations of various game birds found in high concentrations.

Surrounding the map of North America are inset maps reflecting the breeding ranges, winter ranges, and migration routes of fourteen additional illustrated species. Blank on verso.
