Description

This fun and ephemeral broadsheet was probably printed around the turn of the century to promote a night of revelry on February 6th at the ‘Aylmer Palace Rink’. I’ve been unable to identify the venue conclusively, but I suspect it was an ice skating rink in Aylmer, Ontario.

Photographs show the big brass band and the skating rink shining brightly with electric lighting. Accompanying text encourages attendees that ‘upstairs parlors all open, comfortable, and warm.’
