Charming illustrated view of Bermuda from the late 1970’s.

Description
This lovely cartoon view shows the main islands of Bermuda in the late 1970’s. At the time of publication, the North Atlantic island chain was a popular vacation destination for Americans, Canadians, and British (as it remains today); as the archipelago is organized politically as a British Overseas Territory.
Delicately illustrated buildings and figures provide an intricate (and sometimes comical) depiction of the primary islands, with a brief history and portraits of Sir George Sommers and Sir Thomas Gates in the lower right. The map was illustrated by Bing Chapelle of Ontario, published by the Bermuda Sun, and printed by The Island Press in 1979.
