Artistic representation of the United States celebrating America’s favorite pastime.

This unique view of the United States doesn’t reflect political borders, topographical detail, or transit routes, but instead provides a visual celebration of professional baseball teams across the country. I

llustrations of individual stadiums are provided for most teams alongside their logos corresponding to the approximate location of their host city. Historical aspects of the sport can be seen along the outer edges of the image, such as a profile on the inventors, photographs of old stadiums, and illustrations of some of baseball’s greatest players, like Ricky Henderson, Hank Aaron, and Ted Williams.

This is the sixth edition of the Baseball ArtMap and the first to show the Colorado Rockies and Florida Marlins, who played their first season in 1993. Fans of the Nationals, Diamondbacks, and Rays will have to wait until subsequent editions to show their team pride.
