This uncommon operational plan centered on Baghdad, Iraq was designed by the Defence Geographic and Imagery Intelligence Agency (DGIA) of the U.K. Ministry of Defence in 2000. A small footnote in the lower right (Reprinted by NIMA 11-02) indicates this example was likely reissued in 2002, the year before the U.S. led-coalition invaded Iraq.
