Description
This charming little map of Wild West Nevada was published in Carson City by Hickory, Inc. in 1976. A simple outline map shows the locations of various ghost towns and mining camps, along with their corresponding dates and primary mineral deposits.
Trails of various early explorers and historic transportation routes are noted, such as the Spanish Trail, Pony Express, and Emigrant’s Route. The entire map is surrounded by various vignettes showing stereotypical scenes from the Old West.
