This two-toned map showing ‘a portion of Earth’s Dreamlands’ was published in 1986 by Chaosium to accompany a supplement to their popular tabletop role-playing game based on the fantastical world of H.P. Lovecraft.
Though geographic features are shown throughout and numerous annotations provide additional information on the geography of the fictional lands, the map is intentionally left incomplete to allow the players to add their own details. Harsh mountain ranges, otherworldly monsters, and a mysterious sky provide all the visual cues necessary for a player to completely engross themselves in the Dreamlands.
