Description
This quaint street plan of the trio of Colorado Springs, Broadmoor, and Manitou was issued in the 1930s by the Out West Printing Company. Various points of interest are labeled amid a basic transportation overview. Notable examples include the Garden of the Gods, Broadmoor Hotel, and Manitou Cliff Dwellings. Sixteen further locations are numbered and identified in the key, lower right. Red overprinting indicates this example was distributed ‘Compliments of The Strang Garage Buick and G.M.C. Dealers.’ A Buick ‘8’ logo pinpoints the garage’s location, while a list of services is provided on the left.
