This charming little strip map was published by the U.S. 90 Western Association and the San Diego-California Club to promote the new extension of the highway between Van Horn, Texas to San Diego, California.
The route is boldly shown on the map of the southwestern United States, showing a direct path between northwestern Texas and southern California. A mileage table and points of interest are provided on the verso.
