This detailed topographic map of the Hawaiian island of Kauai is a compilation of some of the earliest scientific and geographic surveys of the islands. Those who contributed to the image are duly credited in the list of authorities; including the Hawaiian Surveyor General W.D. Alexander and engraver C.S. Kittredge.

A table of distances between Nawiliwili (a navigable harbor on the island’s southeast corner) and various points is also provided.

Condition Description: Creasing along fold lines and a small spot of abrasion along the lower neatline. One small spot of discoloration along a horizontal crease in the lower right. Very good overall.
